simon sinekIn order to progress ,us, human beings, need to understand each other. Understanding is one of the keys to developing a long term relationship with anyone, being it in your personal life or in the corporative environment. It does not matter if you are a well succeeded professional that seems to know about everything, deep down you have your own weaknesses, just like anyone else.

There are several other reasons why we are not capable of knowing and doing every single thing on the planet. We are all born with strong and weak points what makes sharing knowledge much more logical. Living in society clearly shows us that giving each other a hand is what should be done. If you can do it better than your friend, why not help him? Life is about learning and help others learn from your actions. It is not about correcting your weak points, it is basically about letting others help you see other ways to do things. That is why trust and cooperation are the keys!

In this video, Simon Sinek, is a worldwide figure that has inspired millions of people change the way they deal with themselves while making decisions, discusses about this matter. He is the author of “Start with Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action” released in late 2009. He also has several videos online that give tips on how people can improve their social abilities regarding leadership, decision-making processes, organization over others and why some people simply inspire other people.

You are about to see one of his most interesting videos that help us understand how we act towards our own weaknesses and how we can improve ourselves rather than totally try to overcome these weaknesses. It is an interesting way to learn more about why we should trust others, being it in our personal lives or at work.
