If you want to see the emotion of the crypto market quickly, this index is a good one.

Look for buying opportunities when it is “extreme fear”. When FOMO (fear of missing out) kicks in and the market becomes overheated (extreme greed), it is good to lock in some of your profits.

Remember DCA (Dollar-cost averaging) while buying and selling.
